Emma Littlejohn is a senior-level Real Estate professional with over 30 years of comprehensive, client-centered experience in every segment of mixed-use development. Known for creative solutions in directing the development of homes, neighborhoods and communities through consumer and market insights, combined with financial modeling, to meet revenue goals.

A proven leader and expert in urban development and residential design, Littlejohn tours over 25 years of extensive, broad-based experience in every segment of development. Her award-winning work includes: residential housing; condominium and cooperative; master-planned communities; resort properties; senior housing; mixed-use developments; among others. She has worked in Boston, Denver, Dallas, Miami as well as urban centers and coastal and mountain communities through the Southeast.
Littlejohn lives and works in Charlotte. Clients know her to be bold and bright; strategic and committed; a natural connector and a positive, energetic force. She is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended Harvard University School of Design for post-graduate studies.
