As life would have it my trip to Paris for a walking tour of new residential projects and, of course, the timeless classics was thwarted – for now. Nonetheless, I participated in my planned ULI events from my Charlotte desk. I noted that our Queen City stands out on the Global Watch List at number seven for opportunity and investment.
