Did you know that the wildly talented, and internationally recognized, Frank Lloyd Wright designed not one, but three fraternity houses over the course of 30 years. Each went as far as drawing up plans, but alas red tape robbed us of three magnificent structures.
I’ve just begun a new project for the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. emma + co. analyzed the need and opportunities for a new PKA fraternity house on campus. Once vetted, we put together a team to secure financing and execute.
I’ve included a couple of slides, we used to secure financing, as an example of Team emma + co.
The fraternity houses of today come in all shapes and sizes, with a wide range of amenities. The Notorious FLW didn’t get his fraternity houses built, but we will! Stay tuned!
