If you know anything about me, it’s that I’m a helper, problem solver and generally look at the glass half full. Today I am attending the University of North Carolina Real Estate conference as an Executive in Residence. Launched in 2022, the Wood Center’s Executives in Residence (EIR) program is comprised of senior C-Suite executives who volunteer their time to counsel the next generation of real estate leaders. I am honored to have been invited to, not only this conference, but this extremely rewarding program.
I am looking forward to seeing emma + co alumni, MBA mentees, colleagues and clients while I’m here today. Town of Chaple Hill has been a very active market for emma + co, so my plans will include tour ongoing projects and pending opportunities. Stay tuned for a full report!
