I love a great partnership and kudos to the partnership responsible for Chapel Hill’s Weavers Grove. A collaboration including Habitat for Humanity, White Oak Properties, Garman Homes, YMCA and Cline Design has resulted in a new mixed-income project including 237 single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes and condominiums.
