A few years ago, I worked with FX Collaborative on an affordable housing strategy. At the center of their values is “designing with deep respect for the planet’s resources and embracing social responsibility.” I recently came across this ULI article about bringing the “Passive House” standard to New York City’s affordable housing. It’s good to see this aggressive and progressive concept taking roots in major US markets.
