We are big believers in residents determining what, if any, amenities are needed for their lifestyle. In this article, I’m happy to see that Boston recently voted to allow parking by choice, not mandated, in affordable housing communities. We all know that Beantown is steeped in a rich history and isn’t it refreshing to see that they are so progressive and not resting on a “it’s always been done this way” mentality?
