Last week, I posted an article about attaining the American dream. But, for so many would be sellers and buyers, the conversation is shifting to renting and rental properties. I see this trend nationally in primary, secondary and tertiary markets. In this WSJ article, note that although this trend is more common internationally, there is an uptick in the rental market here in the US. And, note that only two of the major residential real estate brokerage franchises embraces this opportunity.
