Miami might have the top spot, but my hometown of Charlotte, NC is catching up. This article in the Financial Times today notes that Charlotte ranks 7th in the Investing in America ranking compiled by the Financial Times and Nikkei. Raleigh, Greensboro and Durham also made the list. Although Asheville is growing in leaps and bounds, it likely missed the list due the population size criteria. Check it out!
